This app monitor and controls several hardware devices at a rate of almost 100 Milliseconds, which is quite challenging as Android is not a real-time Operating system. This app has been running in Factories 24x7x365 for several months now.

Below is a screenshot of one of the UI of the HMI developed from scratch. Values from various sensors are displayed in real-time and buttons allow setting analog & digital outputs of various devices.

Another application developed by einnosys allows users of a certain manufacturing hardware monitor critical parameters of the manufacturing process or hardware (KPI) pushed to their mobile device such as a tablet or cellphone. Users can configure the parameter list and frequency and only authenticated users of that plant or equipment can view the critical parameters.
